Tyla Dee is a qualified Personal Trainer, Nutritional Guidance Coach and a Group Fitness Trainer specializing in fitness modules BalletRIP and Methodology X.  She is also known for her infectious energy, kindness and unwavering support, motivating and guiding her clients every step of the way.

Tyla is passionate about leading a healthy, enjoyable and sustainable lifestyle while feeling strong & confident and encourages others to do the same.

As a coach, her core beliefs revolve around mindset, consistency, discipline and self-kindness. With these points and to “feel good” as the main aim, Tyla believes that getting healthier, stronger, fitter, more energized and fierce is inevitable.

Tyla aims to guide & educate her clients to change their perspective towards health & fitness by equipping them with necessary knowledge and tools for effective and sustainable changes to their nutrition, training and mindset.

 

You’ll learn to implement these tools in a way that will help you reach your desired goals and maintain them for life!
